Start your morning with a glass of fresh coconut water. And, throughout the day, drink filtered water. At meals include skin-hydrating foods example avocado, olives, and coconut.

Tomato

Tomatoes have anti-oxidants  minerals, and vitamins. It's helps skin glow and help to remove sun tan. Mix tomato puri, yogurt and oatmeal. Then thish mixture apply it on sun tanned areas of your body. Remove it after 10-15 minutes. This tannic use 1 month every day

Honey

During winter its common that people have chappe your face. The best way to get rid of chappe face is to apply honey several times on your face.
